He has experience of project management and leadership of inter-disciplinary teams advising on integrated water resources management, projects in Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America. He has experience of project conception, design, implementation, ex-post evaluation and due diligence. He has made technical inputs to river basin studies, water resources assessments, mine and oil pipeline ESIAs, and engineering feasibility studies. These inputs cover diverse topics in hydrology, hydrogeology, and water quality, including establishing instrumented catchments, data processing, analysis and interpretation, rainfall-runoff modelling for water balance assessment, design flood estimation, flood risk assessment, environmental flow assessment, and reservoir storage-yield and reliability assessment. He has provided technical assistance and training to clients and staff of overseas institutions.
